Kookaburra Air

A scenic-flight operator flying from Perth and Darwin whose tours were slow to load and hard to book on a phone at the airfield. We rebuilt the booking site so visitors can pick a tour, pay and get a confirmation in one go, and so every booking shows which ad brought it.

01

The brief

A booking site that works on a phone at the airfield, is easy for the team to edit, and tells us which ads bring bookings.

What we did

03

Results

Visitors can browse the Perth and Darwin tours, book and pay on a phone without waiting on slow pages, gift vouchers sell online, and every booking is counted in Google Ads and Analytics so the team knows which ads pay. The team edits tours, prices and seasonal notices themselves.

Tour page with booking. Date, guests and price on the page, then straight to payment: a visitor goes from reading about Kakadu to a confirmed seat without a phone call.
